Fitbiznow runs a series of regular group training classes in Harrold Odell Country Park. Whatever your current level of fitness, we cater for everyone. The sessions last an hour and they are fun and take place in the great outdoors. The opportunity to get fit in a group is a well proven way of motivating people to achieve their goals, whether they are interested in losing weight, improving stamina or just their all round well being.

Fitbiznow runs two online sessions every week in the comfort of your own home. You just need to download the Zoom app and you’re up and running.
Every Saturday at 09:30 we run a one hour all body workout, then every Wednesday a 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session.
Fitbiznow was set up to provide enjoyable personal training sessions in the great outdoors, using the natural environment found in parks, the countryside and public spaces. There are no gym fees and whatever the weather, it’s great to be trained as an individual, a couple, a family or small group of friends.
Corporate Wellness & Fitness
In addition to personal training, Fitbiznow also offers a bespoke corporate wellness and fitness programme for the business world. This ranges from initial health checks, to individual or group personal training sessions at the workplace. There’s also a full range of additional services including nutritional advice and a wealth of lunchtime discussions and seminars on a range of topics.
Prior to training, everyone receives a full health check to gauge exactly where they are on their fitness journey. Progress can then be measured and improvements tracked through our app-based system, along with the fitness programme and nutritional advice.
