What Types of Exercise have you done in the Past?
In the past, I was lucky enough to work for a company which had an on-site pool, so I could swim every day. Before I had the children, I used to fit in seven hours of exercise every week. This included body pump, body combat and aerobics. As a busy working mum, it’s more difficult to fit the classes in – the Fitbiznow sessions on a Saturday morning work perfectly for me.

I really enjoy working out with other people as most of the time I am working out on my own. The attendees are from the local area, so it’s great to meet some local people too.
