Mike Rogers – 78 and Going Strong
Mike is simply amazing. When he runs from home to the class on a Saturday morning, you wouldn’t believe he was 78 (I’m sure Mike won’t mind us telling you that).
Mike has run 16 marathons and is still going strong.

What Types of Exercise have you done in the Past?
I’ve always loved running (I guess you have to to run marathons), as well as cycling and plenty of swimming.
Why do the Outdoor Classes Run by Fitbiznow Work for you?
I love working out with other people and enjoy the camaraderie and banter we have. When it was my birthday recently, I was given a big badge and a crown to wear for the session. Afterwards the group gave me the bumps and worked out their biceps at the same time. Working with the group means that I am pushed to do more than exercising on my own. The sessions are hard work, but lots of fun and the hour goes so fast.
