Group Training in the Great Outdoors
Sometimes working out on your own can be a lonely place. The stats demonstrate that meeting your fitness goals is more likely to be achieved with a buddy or a group. With a group, all you need to do is to show up, put the effort in and feel the benefit. One hour afterwards, you’ll feel fantastic, fulfilled and ready to take on the busy day ahead. It feels wonderful to be working out in the great outdoors, come rain or shine.
Jules is excited to be running group training classes at the beautiful Harrold-Odell Country Park, Carlton Rd, Bedfordshire, MK43 7DS every Saturday @ 9:30am. (Summer – we meet at 9:00am). Jules will meet you outside the Dragonfly cafe near the main car park. For more information about the park, take a look here.
The first one hour session is free. If you are keen to carry on (which we’re sure you will be), the cost will be £7.00 per session which includes a donation towards the upkeep of the park. There are no joining fees and no contracts to sign, you simply show up when you want and pay as you go.
How Does it Work?
The group training classes will cater for all abilities. It doesn’t matter if you last worked out yesterday or several years ago. The exercises will be adapted for all levels. You’ll get a full body workout to develop your upper and lower body strength as well as plenty of cardio.
Classes will be fun, challenging and rewarding. Every week you’ll feel yourself getting that little bit fitter and exceeding your personal goals. Fitness is about being social and on the first Saturday of each month, we will pop along to the park cafe for a cuppa.
Health and Fitness Assessments
As a qualified Level 3 Personal and Group Trainer, Jules is able to offer confidential health and fitness assessments. This includes heart rate analysis, blood pressure, body fat composition, BMI, and cardio/flexibility levels tests. After the one hour consultation, a report will follow giving you the full picture.
