Group Training in the Great Outdoors
Sometimes working out on your own can be a lonely place.
The stats demonstrate that meeting your fitness goals is more likely to be achieved with a buddy or a group. With a group, all you need to do is to show up, put the effort in and feel the benefit. One hour afterwards, you’ll feel fantastic, fulfilled and ready to take on the busy day ahead. It feels wonderful to be working out in the great outdoors, come rain or shine.
Jules is excited to be running group training classes every Saturday @ 9:30am in Stevington, Bedfordshire. The “Stevington Striders AC” meet and hone their running skills through a series of core and cardio exercises. Each of the group members has targetted a running event to take part in, from Park Runs to 10ks, half marathons and beyond.
The first one hour session is free. If you are keen to carry on (which we’re sure you will be), the cost is £6 per session.
There are no joining fees and no contracts to sign, you simply show up when you want and pay as you go.
