Jules has over 30 years’ experience in the corporate world. In this time, many of her roles were globally focussed and involved long hours, with TV dinners, late client meetings, too much caffeine and lack of sleep. She always packed the trainers, but never used the gym because of the pressures of work. It is this unique perspective that has led her to set up Fitbiznow.
Jules has always loved health and fitness and the great outdoors. She has developed a passion for tennis, running, cycling, spinning, body pump and boot camp.

It’s also for anyone who wants a realistic exercise programme, with attainable goals which allows for the odd treat and day off.
Certified Personal/Group Trainer and Nutrition Adviser
Jules is a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Group Trainer. She is also a Nutritional Adviser and a qualified running coach. She is also a Level 2 YMCA qualified First Aider. Combined with her corporate experience in mentoring, coaching and communications this makes her uniquely placed to be your fitness buddy!
