Nicola Clark has been attending Fitbiznow sessions in the great outdoors at Harrold-Odell Country Park, since the very early days.
She’s dedicated, hardworking and loves joining in the team games. It’s great when our Fitbizers start to see the benefits and the fitness assessments (every six weeks) are a great way to measure progress.
At the end of each year we hold an awards ceremony and Nicola was selected as the person who achieved the biggest improvement (according to the fitness assessments). Her press-ups, burpees, sit-ups and shuttle runs were impressive with improvements every six weeks over the last six months. Nicola couldn’t have been happier to have won and is working hard at being the 2019 winner.
So what did Nicola have to say:
What Types of Exercise have you done in the Past?
Some fun evening classes like Zumba, but the timings didn’t work for me – I found it difficult to get into a routine.
Why do the Outdoor Classes Run by Fitbiznow Work for you?
Fitbiznow is a fun, sociable, inclusive fitness session which has helped me to improve my fitness.
I have benefited from structured weekly sessions which have included circuit training, team games and other activities such as boxing and running.
The sessions are varied and creative. The ‘trainers’ (Jez and Jules) are knowledgeable and encourage everyone to achieve their very best. Regular assessment sessions help to show progress. My core strength has improved and I definitely feel fitter. I like the Saturday morning time and Harrold is an ideal location for me.
Three Words which Sum up Fitbiznow Group Sessions?
