Tracy has one of the highest attendance records of all the Fitbizers and has been a dedicated member since the launch of the group sessions. Tracy comes to the park whatever the weather and has even shown up with a dreadful cold and a bad knee which meant she couldn’t take part, but didn’t want to miss out on seeing everyone.

What Types of Exercise have you done in the Past?
I used to do lots of cycling, Shotakan karate and netball. I’m also a big fan of yoga and that’s how I came across Fitbiznow, because I was doing a yoga session in Harrold-Odell Country Park during the summer.
Why do the Outdoor Classes Run by Fitbiznow Work for you?
It’s so much fun attending the sessions and it’s great to get out of bed on a Saturday morning and pop along to the park – a really beautiful place to exercise.
If you want to get fit in a fun environment, then come along to one of the group sessions at Harrold-Odell Country Park. Every four to six weeks, we do boxing which is such a great work-out (you can certainly feel it two day’s later). Once a week we tend to do a game which can be anything from ‘rugby’ to scoring goals to tag.
